OUR EXPERIENCES
We offer both public and private Day of Service shoreline cleanups and marine debris awareness programs—engaging, educational volunteer activities that also serve as team-building events. Participants contribute to citizen science by collecting and documenting debris, compete for prizes for the most unusual find, and take part in a facilitated post-cleanup debrief. Additional options include kayaking to an island for the cleanup, a catered picnic, and professional photography.

ABOUT US
VolunteerCleanup.Org mobilizes volunteers to clean up neighborhoods, shorelines, and waterways, raising awareness about marine debris and its impact on the environment. Through hands-on community action, we inspire individuals to reduce their reliance on single-use plastics and adopt more sustainable habits.
OUR IMPACT
As an environmental nonprofit, VolunteerCleanup.Org raises awareness about the plastic pollution crisis affecting our oceans and waterways. Our shoreline cleanups create an immediate positive impact on the local marine environment while also addressing long-term solutions, including individual actions, corporate responsibility, and policy advocacy.
By exposing participants to the overwhelming presence of plastic waste on our shorelines, we inspire action toward improved waste management practices and reducing reliance on single-use plastics. Our cleanups provide a meaningful way to engage with these issues while enjoying Miami’s scenic coastal destinations.
