Casa Rural La Perla

Casa Rural La Perla

Stay in a restored village home with local cuisine and guided routes, where each visit supports community life and low-impact living.

OUR EXPERIENCES
La Perla is a small B&B located in a former mining village in the Sierra de Guadalajara. We offer a thoughtfully curated space and personalized service, including breakfasts and dinners made with local, homemade, and zero-kilometer products sourced through our network of local producers. Guests can enjoy a tranquil and serene atmosphere in the house and its shared spaces (terrace, pool, etc.). Thanks to our deep knowledge of the area, we suggest routes and itineraries and handle any necessary reservations at no extra cost to the traveler.

ABOUT US
Over 15 years of history, we have strengthened our commitment to environmental and social sustainability so that our activity generates only a positive impact on the territory. We are actively involved in local associations because we want to be part of the life of our village and region.

IMPACT
Our business helps guests connect with the destination they have chosen. We explain our environmental philosophy so that the accommodation does not generate negative impact: reducing water consumption, using eco-friendly detergents, recycling and composting for our vegetable garden, bulk-purchased organic amenities, solar panels, heat pumps, batteries, and sourcing local food products to strengthen the local economy. We name each of our suppliers and explain why we have chosen them.

We also share our commitment to living in a small village and our social and civic engagement within the community, including involvement in the tourism association, the Sierra cultural association, the local development group (FEADER), and the town council. The rural house is like a façade—behind it lies a deep commitment to social and economic engagement in the territory.
