We are committed to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). For SDG 5 - Gender Equality, 75% of our staff are women, and 100% of leadership positions are held by women.
Under SDG 6 - Clean Water and Sanitation, our towel and sheet reuse campaign reduces water consumption and the use of chemicals, complemented by biodegradable cleaning products.

In alignment with SDG 8 - Decent Work and Economic Growth, we promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all, with 55% of our staff over 40 years old and 30% having been with the company for more than 5 years.
Lastly, for SDG 12 - Responsible Consumption and Production, we practice zero waste and sustainable purchasing, encourage sustainable consumption and environmental education, and motivate guests not to discard PET packaging, which we use for planting seedlings, while also utilizing composting made from organic waste generated at the hotel.
