The Global Meaningful Travel Map
Green Travel Spain
We ask local tour operators and DMCs to add three of their community partners to the Meaningful Travel Map to demonstrate their commitment to positively impactful tourism. Green Travel Spain added Casa San Miguel, Casa de los Moyas and Nature Space.
OUR EXPERIENCES

ABOUT US
Green Travel Spain promotes responsible and sustainable tourism in Spain, offering experiences that respect the environment, support local communities, and preserve cultural heritage. Its focus is on creating eco-friendly and responsible itineraries that allow travelers to enjoy an authentic and conscious experience.
OUR IMPACT
At Green Travel Spain, we generate a measurable positive impact through a tourism model built on exclusivity, social responsibility, and environmental commitment. Guided by a dedicated Sustainability Committee, we align our operations with key SDGs (2, 3, 5, 12, and 13), embedding sustainability into every stage of our services. We are proud to be a Biosphere Committed company and hold the ICTE “S” for Sustainability certification.
We strengthen rural economies by working with small businesses, local communities, and NGOs like ADCAM, while promoting cultural heritage and environmental conservation through initiatives such as marine protection with the Xaloc Association. Our carbon footprint is calculated and offset through certified projects with Bioscore. Through our Responsible Tourist Report, training programs, and educational outreach, we drive awareness and action. In 2024, we supported over 40 local businesses and conservation efforts—recognition that earned us the Sustainable Tourism Award of the Valencian Community.
