The Global Meaningful Travel Map
Stoller Family Estate
OUR EXPERIENCES
At Stoller, our roots run deep. The family established the property in 1943 and the vineyard 50 years later, guided by the vision of cultivating an enduring legacy for the Oregon wine industry. Over the last 30 years, Bill Stoller has patiently transformed the 400-acre property into the largest contiguous vineyard in Oregon’s Dundee Hills. Today, we offer a selection of experiences designed to make your visit an unforgettable trip to Oregon wine country.
ABOUT US
The Stoller Family Estate has earned a reputation as one of Oregon's most dynamic wineries by thinking and acting differently than our peers. Our success begins with Founder and Proprietor, Bill Stoller, a native of Dayton, Oregon whose vision is to build a company that will last for 200 years. Founded in 1993, our collection of family-owned brands includes Stoller Family Estate, Chehalem Winery, Chemistry, Stoller Swing, History and Canned Oregon. We take pride in our B Corp, LIVE and Salmon-Safe certifications, knowing that we back our values with actions when it comes to our commitment to our land, wines, and community. With every step forward, we are building a lasting impact on the wine industry and the world. Our dedication has led us to be perennially honored as one of Oregon's most admired companies by the Portland Business Journal and 10Best Tasting Rooms by the USA Today Reader’s Choice.
OUR IMPACT
Stoller is committed to leadership in premium winemaking and sustainable environmental practices. Through energy-efficient systems and an effort to eliminate negative environmental impact, our mission is to not only make award-winning wine but to make our mark (or lack thereof) on the world. That is why we are proud to be B Corp Certified, a global movement to build a sustainable economy and use business for the power of good. Our winery was the first in the world to receive LEED Gold certification, attesting that our winery is sustainably built and environmentally friendly. This certification led us to be the first Northwest winery to produce solar energy. But being sustainable means more than what we do in the vineyard or winery. It includes how we treat our team and how we support our community. We are proud to pay 100% of health care costs for all full-time employees who elect coverage and pay a living wage to all employees that work 30 hours a week or more. Approximately 75% of our team participates in external professional development opportunities. We are also committed to supporting our community by giving back to local non-profits with donations of goods and services year-round. Last year, our employees volunteered more than 450 hours to local non-profits. We are also proud supporters of ¡SALUD! The Oregon Pinot Noir Auction, a unique collaboration between wineries and healthcare professionals that provides access to healthcare services for Oregon's seasonal vineyard stewards and their families.
