Kai Kai Farm
OUR EXPERIENCES
Kai-Kai Farm is a 40-acre farm located in Indiantown, Florida. The farm is home to over 50 varieties of produce, which is sold to the public and south Florida food service establishments. Kai-Kai also hosts various community events, such as demonstration dinners by top chefs, farm dinners with wine tastings, and guided farm tours, as well as a seasonal farmers market in the winter.
ABOUT US
Kai-Kai, which means “to share food”, provides the community the largest selection of nutrient dense, locally grown produce. With a focus on sustainability and freshness, Kai-Kai strives to grow the best tasting produce in Palm Beach and Martin County. Through unique, year-round, farm events and tours, Kai-Kai connects people to a true farm-to-table experience.
OUR IMPACT
Here at Kai-Kai, we take pride in improving soil health and minimizing pollution of our ground and surface waters. To do this, we take part in the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ Best Management Practices Program and source biological soil amendments. Further, Kai-Kai never uses GMO seeds for our produce, and the microbial activity within the soil improves soil fertility.
Kai-Kai also benefits the local environment through the biodiversity found throughout the farm, which serves as a sanctuary for many pollinators.
Lastly, Kai-Kai strives to provide equitable food and promote healthy living throughout the community. We do this by offering fair prices for all our produce, living wages for our staff, and educating consumers on the importance of eating locally grown food through engaging events and guided farm tours.
