KYMVIET offers a 90‑minute community tourism experience, “From Heart to Hand – Empathy & Creativity.” Visitors can learn basic sign language, join a stuffed‑animal workshop, tour the production studio, and interact directly with Deaf artisans—an engaging journey of creativity, connection, and cultural insight. The experience also includes a visit to their on-site shop, where guests can purchase handcrafted products made by the artisans, supporting their livelihoods directly.
ABOUT US
KYMVIET is a social enterprise in Vietnam, founded in 2013 by Mr. Pham Viet Hoai, a mobility‑impaired entrepreneur, with the mission of creating jobs and providing handicraft training for people with disabilities—particularly the Deaf community. Our artisans craft exquisite handmade products that embody the richness of Vietnamese culture. Kymviet strives to become a leading creative social enterprise, building an inclusive ecosystem for people with disabilities and the wider community, while contributing to shifting social perceptions through creative work and a human‑centered environment.
OUR IMPACT
KYMVIET generates significant social impact by offering vocational training and stable employment to people with disabilities, with over 80% of our staff being Deaf artisans. Through community workshops and basic sign language activities, we raise public awareness, foster empathy, and celebrate the value of Vietnamese handicraft culture. As a social enterprise, KYMVIET reinvests its profits into job creation, skills development, and the use of locally sourced, eco‑friendly materials. Since 2013, we have empowered dozens of artisans with disabilities to achieve independence and inspired thousands of visitors to embrace social inclusion.
