ABOUT US
Café Jardin's mission is to bring good health and wellbeing to everyone, including our staff, our guest, our local farmer friends through an eco-friendly operation.

OUR IMPACT
Through these 7 years, we work with more than 40 local farmers and local communities all around Thailand, buying all the chemical free and organic ingredients from them. 70% of our ingredients are organic such as jasmine rice, milk, yogurt, egg, vegetables, chicken, pork, fisher folk seafood, fish sauce, soy sauce, coconut sugar, honey, aromatic coconut. Our contribution to the local farmers and communities is around 3-5 Million THB per year, helping them to have fixed order and income, so they can work on a production planning. We are now zero food waste cafe. Starting from purchasing planning just enough for a week to prevent food lost as well as implementing zero food waste cooking policy to maximize the usage of all ingredients. In addition, all of the food waste is turned to be fertilized to grow our edible rooftop garden, plus feeding black soldier fly worm, which we send them back to the organic chicken farm to be a mixture in an organic chicken feed. This can help the organic chicken farm reduce the food cost of the chicken.
