OUR EXPERIENCES
The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast offers hands-on, interactive exhibits and educational programs that inspire children and families through play and discovery. Visitors can explore engaging exhibits such as a miniature town, a beach-themed water play area, and rotating STEAM-focused activities that reflect the unique culture and environment of the Treasure Coast. As a nonprofit organization, we also welcome volunteers to support special events, educational programs, and daily operations that help enrich the museum experience for all visitors.

The mission of The Children’s Museum is to provide children and families with a safe, engaging space to explore and learn through enriching, hands-on exhibits and programs that spark discovery and creative thinking. Dedicated to fostering curiosity, self-confidence, and a love of learning, the museum offers state-of-the-art, environmentally conscious experiences that inspire children, adolescents, and adults alike. As a family-friendly destination, The Children’s Museum features bright, imaginative exhibits and activities designed to encourage exploration and ignite a lifelong passion for discovery.

As a member of Wheel the World and a KultureCity Certified venue, we support guests with mobility and sensory needs through adaptive resources and inclusive, sensory-friendly events. Our exhibits promote environmental stewardship by educating families on water safety, conservation, and the protection of local wildlife and marine life—encouraging responsible tourism and fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural resources of the Treasure Coast.

What accommodations do you make for people living with disabilities?
The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast is fully accessible for guests using wheelchairs, including a lift that provides access to the second-story level of our galleon exhibit. We also host a monthly Sensory Friendly Day on select Sundays, offering a welcoming, low-stimulation environment and $1 admission for visitors with disabilities or health considerations.
