Kaomai Lanna Resort
OUR EXPERIENCES
Kaomai Lanna Resort is a unique destination where history and nature intertwine. With a 70-year history as a former tobacco processing estate, the resort offers a serene blend of cultural heritage and natural beauty. Today, the resort features 34 unique guestrooms, each thoughtfully designed and renovated from the original tobacco buildings. The lush gardens and newly established educational forest provide a tranquil setting for visitors to explore.
The resort also houses museums, a cozy cafe, a bistro, and yoga studios, offering a range of experiences that combine wellness and learning. Guests can take part in various workshops focused on art, craft, and nature while also gaining insights into the rich history of the estate.
ABOUT US
Our mission is to create a sustainable resort that harmoniously blends cultural heritage with nature. By preserving the history of the estate and fostering environmental stewardship, we aim to offer visitors an immersive experience where they can learn about the rich heritage of the property while appreciating the beauty of the natural surroundings.
OUR IMPACT
On our 17-acre property, we are proud to host over 100 species of mature trees and more than 50 species of wild birds and mammals. In 2024, we took a significant step toward enhancing biodiversity by rewilding 4 acres into an educational forest. Over 700 tree seedlings were planted as part of this initiative, with ongoing efforts to further increase biodiversity and transform the property into a dynamic nature learning area.
