Castle Leslie Estate offers luxury accommodations in our historic Castle, 4-star Lodge, and self-catering Old Stable Mews, along with a variety of dining experiences. Guests can enjoy casual dining or indulge in a romantic, elegant meal, with options ranging from lazy breakfasts and light lunches to picnic lunches in the woodlands, Irish country cooking at Conor’s Bar, and gourmet dining at the 2AA Rosette-winning Snaffles Restaurant.

Our world-class equestrian centre, spa, and outdoor activities provide plenty of ways to unwind, including fishing, boating, archery, falconry, clay target shooting, and walking trails. Whether staying in the opulent Castle, taking horse riding lessons, enjoying a spa retreat, or exploring the scenic grounds, visitors can experience a truly relaxing countryside escape.

ABOUT US
Castle Leslie Estate, located in County Monaghan, is a luxurious Irish countryside retreat just 80 minutes from Dublin and 60 minutes from Belfast. One of the last great Irish castle estates still owned by its founding family, the estate offers three types of accommodation: The Castle, The Lodge, and The Old Stable Mews, with a total of 95 rooms. The Castle provides 21 unique bedrooms for a complete escape, while The Lodge, a boutique country house, offers 50 rooms and features Conor's Bar & Lounge, Snaffles Restaurant, and The Victorian Treatment Rooms spa. The Old Stable Mews offers 12 self-catering, two-bedroom accommodations.

Castle Leslie Estate offers a range of activities for all interests, from pike fishing and walking trails to clay target shooting, archery, and falconry. The estate also boasts a world-class equestrian centre and a fabulous spa for relaxation. Having hosted high-profile events, including Paul McCartney's wedding in 2002, the estate is a premier destination for romantic getaways, special events, outdoor adventures, and relaxation in a stunning Irish setting.

• Accessible Bedrooms – Located in The Lodge, these rooms are designed with step-free access, widened doorways, and adapted bathrooms with grab rails and walk-in showers.

• Step-Free Access – The Lodge has elevators for ease of movement.

• Assistance Services – Staff are available to assist guests with mobility needs, and service animals are welcomed.

• Accessible Parking – Designated parking spaces close to the main buildings for convenient access.

While our historic castle itself has some limitations due to its original architecture, it does have an elevator and all rooms on the ground floor are easily accessible.
