ABOUT US
Mission: At Tsirü Alá, we are dedicated to offering unique and memorable experiences through our exclusive artisanal chocolate tours. Our main goal is to provide exceptional customer service, where each person is treated as a special guest and not just another customer. We strive to create a welcoming and personalized environment, ensuring that each visit is a complete immersion in the world of chocolate, highlighting the history, culture, and passion behind each bite. Committed to sustainability and respect for local communities, we seek to inspire our guests to enjoy an enriching and responsible experience.
Vision: To be recognized as the artisanal chocolate tour that redefines the visitor experience, where each person is welcomed as a special guest. We aspire to create unforgettable moments through exceptional and personalized service, highlighting the cultural richness and passion behind chocolate. Our commitment is to promote sustainable and respectful tourism, which enriches both our guests and local communities.

OUR IMPACT
Although we are a project that is just starting, we seek ways to contribute to job creation, involving people from the community, thus contributing to the economic development of the families of the people who benefit from the jobs. Local culture is promoted, showing visitors the way of subsistence of families in the region, how they live, their customs and traditions. Because we live in a place where the indigenous Bribrí, Cabécar, Panamanian and Costa Rican cultures mix, it is important to make known the variety and diversity of customs and traditions that we have. Environmental education is something that is encouraged in the tours, where we show the organic way of growing our food, and we also seek to preserve the natural heritage, flora, and fauna. All of this is shown to the visitor and they can enjoy this experience in nature.
