Coquira Soil Project

Experience a unique farm tour with food forests, permaculture, and hands-on activities, just an hour from Panama City, promoting sustainable living.

OUR EXPERIENCES
We offer a superb Multispecies Regenerative Farm Tour, a 0km FarmToTable chef experience, and a 105 year old large Visitors Center full of charm and food sovereignty education. Food forests, Tropical Permaculture, Forage Banks and Biodiversity surround our "Farmer for a Day" and Regenerative Living experiences.

ABOUT US
We are a large farm which transitioned from industrial to regenerative 5 years ago. We share our story, our path, our tips, and our passionate mindset of coexisting food production and holistic animal and food production. We believe in a healthy, direct from farm purchasing decentralized society, and we provide the means to begin. 1 hour from Panama City, 45 minutes from Tocumen International Airport. We provide comfortable living to 1100 bovines, 30 equines, 40 ovine, 400+ chickens, 400+ ducks, and 11 farm dogs.

OUR IMPACT
We have drastically changed our agricultural ways, reducing our fuel consumption to 1/3, using no chemical or synthetic products, no ivermectins, hormones or antibiotics. All our animals are free range, grass fed, and rotate daily for better health and better soil impact and regeneration. We recycle organic waste from the community and feed out black soldier fly larvae, which later feeds back our chickens and ducks. We save all "wastes" and produce awesome compost. We share all information, believe in transparency, and in a know-your-farmer food system. We are guides for replication all around our country and region.
