Parwa Restaurant
OUR EXPERIENCES
In the heart of the Sacred Valley, Parwa is more than a restaurant—it is a living tribute to the land, to corn, and to every visitor who arrives with an open heart. Each dish carries an ancestral story, thoughtfully prepared to honor tradition and place.
Many of our ingredients come directly from our own lands and are carefully processed by skilled members of the community, who blend time-honored practices with refined technique and genuine warmth.
Dining at Parwa is more than a meal—it is an awakening of the senses and a journey into authenticity, where flavors, stories, and traditions come alive.
ABOUT US
Parwa is a restaurant owned by the farming community of Huchuy Qosqo, a community-based tourism business initiative that was born promoted by the community and the Planeterra foundation.
Our services are based on Peruvian, traditional regional, and fusion cuisine, where we use local produce and/or ingredients to create a unique experience. We are located in the community of Huchuy Qosqo, Lamay District, five minutes from the main road to the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Cusco. Enjoy our food surrounded by countryside and mountains such as
Condor Tiana, Pitusiray, and Chicon.
OUR IMPACT
The management, administration, and operational staff are comprised of community residents themselves, who have received training in tourist restaurant services, food and beverage preparation and handling, service quality, customer service, business administration, and other skills, enabling them to run their own businesses and generate their own employment.
All profits and earnings collected at Parwa are earmarked for investment in social projects, which will increase local economic development and generate sustainable solutions for our region.
