ABOUT US

Souk Jara is organized by the Jabal Amman Residents Association (JARA). It is a lively open-air market on Amman’s Rainbow Street, celebrating Jordanian artisans, local traditions, culture, craft, and creativity. Open every Friday from mid-May to mid-September with free entry, it showcases handmade crafts, local foods, and live performances in a historic neighborhood setting.
This Impact Partner was shared by the Good Travel Institute as one of their Good Travel Experiences. Each Good Travel Experience is evaluated through a clear and recognised framework, ensuring measurable social, cultural, environmental, and economic benefits for local communities.
