OUR IMPACT
As a business we take our impact on the environment very seriously. We have a Green Team who meet quarterly to identify ways of reducing waste, recycling effectively, minimise resources and look for the most sustainable way of carrying out our activities. We have been leading the field in regenerative farming methods, using local suppliers wherever possible and growing our own produce for use in our kitchen. Community is so important to us and we support local schools and community groups, provide free access to our gardens and estate for a quiet peaceful place for people to come and enjoy, donate £0.50 of every burger sale to our chosen charity Reverse Rett and provide free use of our courtyard for an annual charity event to raise funds for Leuchie House.
