We are a boutique tour operator in Singapore specializing in accessible, immersive and in-depth experiences. Our guides are a bunch of passionate adventurers, curious explorers, super foodies and storytelling superstars. Coming from all walks of life, each brings along unique perspectives and a whole lot of enthusiasm to every experience. Among our tours are the Enabling Village Tour and the Sentosa Wheel-Venture, both specifically designed for wheelchair users and led by individuals with disabilities. These tours provide a unique, accessible experience while showcasing the vibrant diversity and inspiring stories within Singapore. ABOUT US
Ludus Lab aims to be the authority in accessible experiences and accessibility training in the tourism industry. We envision a world where travel is accessible to all by helping abled and differently-abled individuals and tourism businesses to contribute effectively to the ecosystem. In 2023, we started training and hiring individuals with disabilities as docent guides for tours at the Enabling Village and Sentosa Wheelventure Tour to resounding success.
OUR IMPACT
Ludus Lab is committed to creating opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) within the tourism sector by training and placing them in front-line roles. Currently, Ludus Lab employs four PWDs, providing them with meaningful livelihoods, and is working to expand employment opportunities for more PWDs by collaborating with other tourism organizations in Singapore.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are at the heart of Ludus Lab’s mission. They foster interaction among all team members, regardless of ability, and organize accessible experiences such as day trips to neighboring countries. We also emphasizes storytelling, especially of underdogs and those who have overcome challenges, and actively collaborates with community organizations like S17 Community Kitchen and Rainbow Centre for Autism to amplify their voices and advocate for inclusivity.
