ABOUT US

Ocean Rescue Alliance International (ORAI) is a marine conservation nonprofit dedicated to restoring and protecting ocean ecosystems. Through our WeRestore Lab, we combine coral restoration, scientific research, education, technology, and community engagement to restore marine biodiversity, strengthen coastal resilience, and inspire meaningful, hands-on ocean stewardship.

IMPACT

Ocean Rescue Alliance International (ORAI) creates measurable environmental and educational impact through active marine ecosystem restoration. At our WeRestore Lab, we propagate corals to support reef restoration, biodiversity, and coastal resilience, while advancing restoration techniques through collaboration with scientists, universities, conservation organizations, and community partners. Our work extends beyond the lab through the deployment of designed reef structures that create habitat and support marine life. We also turn restoration into education and action through hands-on workshops, community programs, and public engagement. By connecting residents, students, volunteers, and visitors directly with coral science and ocean conservation, ORAI builds awareness and provides meaningful opportunities to participate in restoration. As a nonprofit, our model reinvests resources into conservation, research, education, and community engagement, creating lasting benefits for Florida’s marine ecosystems and the communities connected to them.
