Eden International Inc
OUR EXPERIENCES
Eden sells beeswax candles and organic wellness products handcrafted by disabled adults, who earn dignifying wages. Eden also invites travelers to workshops where they can learn from the leadership of disabled entrepreneurs and co-create a product to take home, like a body scrub. Travelers can learn about disability services and the culture regarding disability from community leaders with disabilities in a 1 - 1.5 hour workshop in the beautiful Antigua, Guatemala. (We limit volunteer opportunities although we are a non profit.)
ABOUT US
Eden International supports social integration, economic development, and personal empowerment of disabled adults by providing employment, job-training, community-building and social integration. Eden fosters independence, dignity, visibility, and inclusion for disabled adults while supporting families to create inclusive environments. Eden has two lines of employment: handcrafting organic wellness products and working in local reforestation.
