Hubbard's Marina

Hubbard's Marina

Fish, ferry, and watch dolphins with a family-run marina advancing marine conservation and plastic-free Gulf Coast tours.

OUR EXPERIENCES

Hubbard’s Marina invites travelers to experience Florida’s Gulf Coast the way locals have for generations—on the water. From fishing and dolphin-watching to island ferry adventures, guests engage with marine life, coastal heritage, and a family-run marina that values education, sustainability, and authentic connection to place.

ABOUT US

Hubbard’s Marina is a family-owned marine tourism company committed to experiences that honor place, people, and the natural world. For generations, we have shared the Gulf through fishing, ferry service, and wildlife encounters—creating travel experiences that inspire connection, conservation, and respect for coastal ecosystems.

IMPACT

Hubbard’s Marina delivers measurable positive impact through nearly a century of community-rooted ecotourism in Tampa Bay. Environmentally, we operate under responsible marine tourism practices, are members of the Passenger Vessel Association’s Green WATERS program, and have eliminated single-use plastic water bottles across our fleet—diverting over 100,000 plastic bottles annually by switching to recyclable aluminum. We also partner with scientists and nonprofits to support marine monitoring, habitat restoration, artificial reef development, and island cleanups, including the removal of more than 23,000 pounds of hurricane debris from Egmont Key.

Socially and culturally, we sustain local maritime livelihoods, preserve working waterfront traditions, and support community nonprofits that expand access to nature for underserved youth. Education and awareness are embedded into every trip: our captains share ecological knowledge, conservation ethics, and local history, continuing a legacy that includes pioneering Tampa Bay’s early “Floating Classroom” programs and educating thousands of students and visitors over decades.
