We aspire to transform the historically oppressive working conditions of porters into a model that is humane, ethical, and soul-enriching for both our staff and travelers. By setting new standards, we aim to inspire other tour operators to adopt more ethical and sustainable practices, creating a ripple effect throughout the industry. We envision a future where we have helped create a generation of financially and ideologically independent women who become leaders and professionals in their local communities. Ultimately, our vision is to reshape the travel industry in Cusco and Peru into a more fair, ethical, inclusive, and non-colonialist entity.
