OUR IMPACT
In our efforts towards sustainability, we have implemented several initiatives at our hotel. One key aspect is groundwater banking, where we reserve clean water underground to create a cooler environment that promotes tree growth and reduces the need for air conditioning, ultimately saving energy. Additionally, we prioritize biodiversity by cultivating plants that attract insects, helping to balance the ecosystem around the hotel. To conserve nocturnal wildlife and sustain insect biodiversity, we minimize landscape lighting at night, opting for solar-powered lights with dimming features to allow insects to mate undisturbed. Furthermore, we are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint through various means. We provide non-electric gym equipment and offer carbon-free exercise options such as paddle boarding and kayaking.

Our commitment to recycling is evident in our use of recycled materials for decoration, including reclaimed woods and bamboos for furniture, as well as undyed and recycled fabrics for guest rooms and staff uniforms. Additionally, we prioritize supporting the local community by collaborating with village longtail boats for sustainable trips, sourcing ingredients directly from local fishermen and villagers, and showcasing local artists and artisans in our hotel amenities and dining experiences.
