OUR EXPERIENCES

The Florida Botanical Gardens is a free 100-acre park featuring over 20 garden collections with botanical species from around the world. The Pinellas County Parks & Conservation Resources Department manages the beautiful garden beds and winding pathways. Featuring a butterfly garden, wetlands walkway, cacti garden and a children’s garden, this oasis is the perfect spot to relax and connect with nature. The Florida Botanical Gardens is the home to many events, workshops, and classes throughout the year, including Holiday Lights in the Gardens with over 1M twinkling lights during the holiday season. An educator is onsite for nature-based play sessions in an outdoor classroom, and a gift shop is nestled in our Tropical Courtyard. Drop in for a class or just explore this botanical gem nestled right in the heart of central Pinellas.
