OUR EXPERIENCES
In Manchester we have three tours, all led by people who have experienced homelessness:
-Wanderland with Nic, going through his favourite music spots and bands but also the city rich history in shaping the UK's music standards
-Ales and Alleways with Andy- from personal stories to old venues reused nowadays as secret hang outs, this is a tour for those who love to discover how a city evolves over time.
-Ste's tour of Manchester social make up: rich with personal stories of homelessness but also of revolution and socialism, this is a unique tour of Manchester's people.

ABOUT US
Invisible Cities offers alternative walking tours that have been designed by guides who have all experienced homelessness. After completing their training based on transferable skills (Public speaking, customer service, etc) they can take you on a tour of their city, to go beyond the postcards and discover stories you never knew about!

OUR IMPACT
Our Impact is a three fold:
- Through the training and employment of people who have experienced homelessness in the city. To date we have trained 130 people, some of them have been employed as guides but all have been supported to reach positive destinations.
- By breaking down the stigma that exists around homelessness. Through our tours we showcase that everyone has a story to tell and great skills to share
- Through the events and campaigns we organise for our communities. From free community tours, to self care packages we work with a network of other organisations to create local impact.
