OUR EXPERIENCES
Visit Holkham and enjoy Holkham Hall and all its treasures, our tranquil Deer Park, the beautiful Walled Garden and the fascinating Holkham Stories Experience. We have a raft of itineraries to choose from, or we can create a tailor-made visit suited to particular interests and requirements. Our Stables Courtyard is home to our Courtyard Café and Gift Shop and offers a perfect spot to enjoy a bite to eat and a little retail therapy during a busy day. We also have The Victoria - our hotel and restaurant - where we can arrange lunch or dinner for your group.

ABOUT US
Holkham’s vision is to be the UK’s most pioneering and sustainable rural estate. The Holkham Estate extends over 25,000 acres and encompasses a range of rural businesses including visitor attractions – a stately home, walled garden, Holkham Stories Experience, tours and talks, ropes course, cycle hire, a full range of events, cafes and shops – alongside residential and commercial lettings, property development, arable and vegetable farming, forestry, country sports, a hotel and restaurant, holiday parks, a national nature reserve, beaches, and car parks.

OUR IMPACT
Holkham is committed to being a force for good by supporting local communities through year-round employment, fair pay, staff development, and charitable engagement. We actively support local businesses and causes by offering donations, free venue use, and sponsorships for events and charities, including MIND, Homes for Wells, and Wells Carnival. Our estate champions local producers, offers priority to local tenants, and continues to invest in Holkham Studios—a growing business hub.

Our sustainability strategy, WONDER, drives environmental gain, low carbon living, and waste reduction. We're working to become a carbon-negative estate by 2040 through renewable energy, sustainable farming, habitat restoration, and rewilding. We’ve already cut non-recyclable visitor waste by over 50% since 2020. All staff receive sustainability training, and visitors can engage with our efforts via eco-tours, educational displays, and nature trails. With initiatives like EV charging points, an electric beach bus, and incentives for green travel, we aim to make sustainable living accessible for all.
