Whether it’s a refined countryside retreat, a nurturing spa escape, or a welcoming home-away-from-home, every hotel invites you to enjoy exceptional comfort and thoughtful service. Dining across our hotels includes Michelin-starred restaurants, acclaimed chefs, and sustainability certifications - reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and responsible hospitality. We’re proud to be the first UK hotel group to be certified as a B Corp, meeting the highest standards of social and environmental impact - because doing good for people and planet should feel as natural as your stay.

OUR IMPACT
At Lainston House, sustainability is rooted in our 63-acre Hampshire estate, where every initiative blends responsibility with guest experience. Since achieving B Corp status in 2021, we’ve mapped our biodiversity with Land App, planted 850 trees and shrubs, reintroduced heritage apple varieties, and created new habitats—on track to be carbon positive by 2026. Our 4-acre walled kitchen garden produced over 100kg of estate-grown ingredients in 2024, with surplus food redistributed through OLIO to save 1,498kg of CO₂ and feed 35 households. We donate 2% of profits to charities like Hospitality Action, Protect Earth, Bug Life, and Trinity Winchester, while supporting our people through the Exclusive Chefs’ Academy, which has trained over 114 chefs in 20 years. From refillable in-room amenities and glass milk bottles to carbon-labelled menus and on-site composting, we’re proving that luxury hospitality and positive impact go hand in hand.
