Good Hotel London is the capital’s largest floating hotel, moored in the Royal Docks beside ExCeL London. This 160-room, Dutch-designed retreat offers riverside views, a rooftop bar, restaurant, and co-working space — perfect for exploring East London. As a social business, it reinvests profits into its Good Training program, which has provided hospitality training and employment to over 330 local residents since 2016.

Good Hotel is a social impact business where every stay helps create positive change. Profits support education for children in Guatemala and hospitality training for unemployed locals in the UK. With minimalist Dutch-inspired design, sustainable materials, and great coffee, guests can sleep good and do good, making a difference simply by checking in.

OUR IMPACT
Good Hotel reinvests profits from its three locations — Antigua, Guatemala City, and London — into education and employment programs that create meaningful community impact. In the UK, the Good Training Programme offers a three-month, on-the-job hospitality course for individuals affected by unemployment. Over the past five years, it has trained 336 people and continues to support at least 50 each year. In Guatemala, Good Hotel funds Niños de Guatemala, which has opened two primary schools and one secondary school for children who otherwise wouldn’t have access to education, and The Good Academy, a year-long hospitality training program for graduates in partnership with top local hotels.

These initiatives reflect Good Hotel’s commitment to using business as a force for good, connecting social, educational, and community impact across continents.
